The service is awesome. Mr JP is a great manager and always looks forward to providing the best service, price and overall satisfaction while staying over. Ms Monica is courteous and polite and professional at what she does. I'd recommend Wingate by W. In Horn Late to anyone staying in either Southaven or Horn Lake.
Great room service management was great great location close to the outlet mall and restaurants would definitely stay again
Everything about the hotel is great especially the man at the desk in the morning very polite very nice and very helpful on things I could do with my babies around here room for clean bathrooms clean immaculate nice smell just all around good place to go and really good pricing on rooms.
The staff, service, rooms and location were EXCELLENT. I stayed in a safe area outside of the event in Memphis I was attending. The hotel is located in a business district with amenities. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast bar. They need to add eggs, sausages and bacon to the buffet.
Stayed here while attending Ole Miss game. Room rates were good for the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed. Comfortable bed. Took our used towels but did not replace. Easily taken care of by the front desk. Otherwise, no service issues. Plenty of nearby dining options. Not a bad distance from Oxford, about 60 minutes including gameday traffic.
I’ve had a great experience here! The staff is friendly, housekeeping goes above and beyond, the rooms are clean and modern, and there’s a pool! I’d stay here any day. :)
I will start with the pluses!Good, friendly service from the staff. Eager to help. The free breakfast was better than expected. Excellent with a variety of hot and cold items. Lots of fruit. The hotel and my room were very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The only negatives was the outside pool water had a lot of debris in it but I was able to take care of that with the net and a few laps around the pool. My bathroom's shower pressure was low. The lighting was bright but needs a floor or desk lamp in the living room for better ambience in the evening. I loved having a TV in the living room and bedroom. I will definitely stay here again!
